Occupational Therapist Home Health Per Visit
Home Health experience required.
Summary; Provides therapeutic care to patients and families that focuses on restoring, promoting or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience. Home care experience preferred.
