CTTX Health CT Technologist - Full Time in Worcester, Massachusetts
CTTX Health is currently hiring for a Full-Time CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computerized tomography (CT) equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to obtain high-quality images for accurate patient diagnosis. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computerized tomography (CT) scanners.
Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining the procedure, positioning them correctly, and administering contrast agents when necessary.
Obtain and evaluate patient medical history to ensure appropriate procedures are performed.
Monitor patient conditions and make adjustments as necessary during the exam.
Collaborate with radiologists or other healthcare professionals to determine and evaluate diagnostic results.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
Requirements:
Valid certification or license as a CT Technologist.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
Proficient in operating computerized tomography (CT) equipment.
Knowledge of radiographic positioning and techniques.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations and work efficiently under pressure.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
