Community Healthlink Clinical Director Motivating Youth Recovery in Worcester, Massachusetts
Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Clinical Director in Worcester.
The Motivating Youth Recovery (MYR) program is an inpatient detox and stabilization treatment program for adolescents struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Our integrated team supports youth as they work toward recovery. This supervisor will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic, engaged, and caring team that is focused on supporting clients and staff in developing their potential.

Oversee day to day clinical operation of the program and ensures clinical services are following agency policies and procedures and industry best practices.
Provide supervision to clinical team members, including master's level clinicians, case managers, and interns.
Lead multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients.
Is an active member of the program Management Team.
Participate in hiring process for program clinical and residential staff.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide staff with support and to ensure program safety.
Encourage and support diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, respect, and tolerance toward all employees, patients and visitors.
Master's degree in psychology, social work or a related human services field.
Must be an LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist with demonstrated experience in working with adolescents with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders.
Minimum of 1 year experience required.
Current valid US-issued driver's license and ability to provide a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes including transporting clients in your own vehicle.
Must be able to pass a CORI (Criminal Offender Background Check) and a DCF/CPS (Department of Families Adam Walsh/Child Protective Services background check).
