Description We are offering an exciting contract to permanent employment opportunity in the field of Information Technology in Woburn, Massachusetts. We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in a hybrid work environment, with a schedule of working from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office from Tuesday to Thursday.

Key responsibilities of the Senior IT Project Manager include:

• Collaborating with IT and business unit leaders in IT portfolio management activities

• Identifying opportunities for improvements through cross-functional partnerships, including initial development of business cases and scoping of projects

• Establishing work plans for each project phase, including arranging for recruitment or assignment of project personnel, identifying and scheduling deliverables, milestones, and required tasks

• Managing various systems/application development projects within assigned areas from inception to successful implementation, which includes keeping projects on track, resolving issues with customers, and providing leadership to project team members throughout the projects' life cycle

• Preparing project status reports and/or project portfolio summaries for management, business unit leaders, and IT management

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through conducting customer surveys

• Leading efforts in creative approaches to problem solving and quality deliverables supporting business needs

• Reviewing project proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available departmental resources to various phases of each project

• Escalating project issues including timing, budget, resources, scope, and more to upper management in a timely manner. Requirements • Possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction.

• Have experience in Operations, implementing efficient Procedures and Methods.

• Showcase expertise in Planning and Prioritization, including Planning Processes and Project Management.

• Understand and manage Budget Processes to ensure effective resource allocation.

• Ensure Quality through regular Review and Evaluation of project deliverables.

• Proficient in Scheduling, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.

• Exhibit About Time skills, demonstrating capacity to manage time effectively.

• Display exceptional Leadership Skills, including the ability to inspire and manage a team.

• Have experience in Implementation, particularly within the IT and Engineering sectors.

• Be willing to Travel as part of project requirements.

• Possess strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal.

• Have experience in Staffing, including recruitment, team building, and conflict resolution.

• Have knowledge of the Real Estate sector, particularly as it pertains to IT projects.

• Be able to Resolve Issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project schedules.

• Understand and apply various Project Management Methodology.

• Be capable of delivering high-quality Deliverables within set timelines.

• Demonstrate a capacity for Collaborating effectively with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and third-party vendors. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
