Position Summary-Part Time Executive Assistant -Saturday's Required
Reporting directly to the Chairman of www.worldcongress.com and www.validationinstitute.com located in Woburn, MA . The part-time Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must be available to work every Saturday and some optional additional weekday hours as needed.
Managing contacts, complex calendar and setup meetings using Outlook
Make domestic and international travel/accommodation arrangements
Coordinate tasks with full time Executive Assistant
Format information for internal and external communication
Edit transcribed materials, preparation of printed materials and email correspondence
Office organization and maintaining company resource center
Various administrative tasks, and assisting the Chairman with day-to-day activities.
Relevant work experience, preferably as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Excellent communication and organizational skills, including priority-setting and decision-making ability.
Good organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy and exhibits initiative and ability to work independently and under pressure
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
High degree of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required
Strong work tenure: 5-10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
