Hybrid role in Woburn, MA

Our client is seeking a Change Management Consultant to assist the Transformation Office. The office leads the continuing evolution of evaluating data, systems, and processes to ensure optimization. The Director is critical in ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies across the global finance organization.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $63 - $73 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management and communications for the Global Finance Transformation program.

  • Develop and implement a change management strategy and conduct impact assessments.

  • Engage stakeholders to foster change readiness and resilience.

  • Monitor and report on change management activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines.

  • Collaborate with teams to coordinate change impacts.

  • Design and execute a global communication plan with the Employee Communications team.

  • Ensure communications follow established processes and use appropriate channels.

  • Create clear messaging to convey the transformation's vision and progress.

  • Serve as the primary contact for communication-related inquiries.

  • Training

  • Develop and oversee a training program to equip employees with necessary skills.

  • Coordinate with experts to create and deliver training materials.

  • Implement a blended learning approach and evaluate training effectiveness.

  • Measure change adoption rates and stakeholder engagement.

  • Ensure activities are completed on time and within budget.

  • Monitor employee satisfaction and morale for continuous improvement.

Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years in organizational transformation, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Experience in large-scale, global transformation projects, preferably in finance.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles and tools.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex global environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Proven leadership and relationship-development abilities.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
