Contributes to the Hospitals mission by being responsible and accountable for the operational decision making for hospital operations during off-shifts. Develops and promotes collaborative and collegial relationships with physicians and interdepartmental personnel in order to enhance hospital operations and liaisons between management and the off-shift staff. This professional licensed staff position meets the highest level of professionalism consistent with a Magnet hospital.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. MSN is preferred.

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

At least three years of work experience as a RN
