We are currently seeking a Nurse Case Manager - Absence Management at our Wilmington, MA location. This is a full-time, non-exempt position working Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm. The Nurse Case Manager - Absence Management will manage our client's claims by phone working in collaboration with other team members including the Corporate Medical Director. S/he will advocate for our client's employees as well as our client. The case manager will manage his/her case load while developing long lasting relationships with our client and other internal/external customers, while maintaining employee/client confidentially and HIPAA regulations. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DUTIES: * Perform case management activities to review and process medical leave of absences and workers’ compensation claims * Provide best in class customer service to client’s employees, management and vendor partners * Oversee ever changing caseload and collaborate with internal and external medical professionals * Produce comprehensive case notes and documentation on activities and consultations * Review charts and exam reports for return-to-work (RTW) clearances * Contact claimant and medical providers * Perform other related tasks as assigned or needed QUALIFICATIONS : * Active LPN or RN License * Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience * Prior experience as a Case Manager a plus. * Strong communication skills * Ability to manage competing priorities * Demonstrated experience providing outstanding client support * Strong computer knowledge and skills; experience with LeavePro a plus AllOne Health Resources provides competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package including: * Immediate medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * 401(k) retirement program with company match * Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) * Company paid Life and Disability insurance programs * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) AllOne Health is an AA/EO employer and actively seeks candidates from diverse backgrounds.
