Patient Services Manager

Overview of Patient Services Manager Position:
Directs, coordinates, facilitates and supports the members of the nursing team in the provision of home health care services to patients and families. Ensures the implementation of clinical/quality improvement initiatives for home care services in compliance with regulatory requirements. Demonstrates knowledge and commitment to excellence in clinical practice and customer service.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
Minimum of three years clinical experience. Minimum one year experience in leadership role. Home care experience preferred. Possess required knowledge, skills, and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts.
