As a key playeron ourEnergy EfficiencyCommercial & Industrial (C&I) marketing team,you’lllead dynamic, full-funnelB2Bmarketing and advertising campaigns across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. Your work will directly support energy efficiency and decarbonization efforts, helping businessesof all sizesmake sustainable choices.

• Own campaign execution – From planning and content development to managing external agencies and internal teams,you’llensure seamless, high-impact marketing campaignsthat range from large-scale paid mediato individual customer success stories.

• Drive results – Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable success.

• Collaborate & innovate – Work closely with digital, PR, creative, and customer service teams to bring fresh ideas and strategies to life.

• Build strong partnerships – Foster and manage relationships with trade allies to promote energy efficiency initiatives.

• Be a subject matter expert and an excellent communicator – Stay ahead of industry trends and translate technical information into engaging content for diverse audiences, shared through a wide variety of channels (sell sheets, emails, webpage copy, and more!).

• Make an impact – Travel occasionally (about 10%) to see firsthand the difference your work is making in the industry.

Reporting Manager: Marketing Supervisor, Energy Efficiency

This is a hybrid role.

Qualifications:

_Technical Knowledge/Skill: _

• Strong understanding ofenergy efficiency and decarbonization solutions

• STrongtime and project management skills

• Enthusiastic and eager team player willing to jump in andassistcolleagues asneeded

• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a quick learner

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to successfully engage, influence, and inspirepartners

• Proficient/expert-level use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Education:

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sustainability, or relevant degree

• Three (3) plusyears of product marketing experience 

• Experience in the sustainability, clean energy and/or energy efficiency industrypreferred 

• Proventrack recordof executing successful campaigns, developing trade-ally relationships,meeting deadlines, and prioritizingprojects

Compensation and Benefits:

• Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. The annual salary range for this position is $82,940.00-$92,160.00plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with your experience. Check out the career site for an overview of benefits.
