Citizens Client Portfolio Manager in Westwood, Massachusetts
Description
In a goals and planning-based wealth management business, providing clients with best-in-class investment and portfolio solutions is key to client success and AUM growth. The Client Portfolio Manager (“CPM”) role at Citizens Wealth Management (“CWM”) is at the crossroads of the construction and delivery of those investment and portfolio solutions.
As a member of the Investment Product team, the CPM’s primary role is to assist Financial Advisors (“FAs”) with all functions related to the construction of managed money solutions for their client portfolios. The CPM coordinates planning-driven case design for new and prospective clients, as well as maintaining ongoing servicing of existing client investment product and portfolio needs.
The CPM is responsible for maintaining an expert level of knowledge of CWM’s suite of investment products and strategies and the investment platforms that we utilize to implement these investment solutions for clients. The CPM is also responsible for thought leadership and messaging to the FAs to encourage the adoption and maintenance of best practices around portfolio construction and practice management for the benefit of their clients. They are responsible for working with CWM’s asset management partners to manage product and practice management education, both for virtual and live events.
In CWM’s efforts to attain consistent outcomes in client portfolio performance, the CPM works to ensure optimal portfolio construction and/or asset allocation by FAs looking to operate more independently with their clients. As such, the CPM also works with FAs in their regions to manage their books of business to enhance and improve their clients’ current portfolio allocations based on client objectives and Product Team initiatives.
The CPM will work with a team of product-focused specialists to provide FA support across sales regions. While the team members are assigned specific FA regions, they will be expected to assist FAs from any region to ensure real-time access to CWM’s investment product and solution resources.
