Chief Financial Officer Overview This role is a unique opportunity to drive the financial strategy in a profitable and growing employee-owned organization, making a significant impact on both the operational and strategic success of the company. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will collaborate with the President/CEO, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Business Line Leaders, project teams, and department heads to shape and implement financial strategies that support the company?s goals. The CFO will report directly to the CEO, Bob Belitz, and will be based, on a hybrid basis, in our Westfield, Massachusetts Headquarters.
