Job Description: Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner. Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling, and servicing all types of security transactions. Responds to customer inquiries, investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements, and records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints and coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Familiarity with MS Office required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications: Candidates can have a Bachelor's Degree (business, communications are most successful, but they are open) AND Customer Service Experience (retail) OR Call center CSR experience. High level of professionalism, clear communication skills, and an interest in finance are a must.

Work Environment: Role will be in the office. Employees will train in the office and will be required to go in office 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after training. The average tenure in the call center is 6-12 months, with opportunities to move elsewhere within the company. The facility includes a processing center, accounting department, pricing department, marketing, and sales. Candidates may convert anywhere from 90 days to 12 months into their contract, based on performance and business needs.
Shift (Training): 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Call Center Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (must be open to any shift within this time frame)
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Schedules Available: Shifts will vary with starting times between 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM. Contractors will then transition to working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Additional Notes: Candidates must be flexible with shift times and disclose any planned time off during the interview. This is a higher-end call center with big desks, dual monitors, and lots of space. It's clean, and the management team is reasonable and flexible. Great environment for recent graduates.
