As an Registered Nurse here, you will play a crucial role in ensuring donor eligibility, conducting assessments, performing physical examinations, and meticulously documenting and reviewing donor test results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vital sign measurements, including pulse, blood pressure, and temperature.

• Administer finger sticks and provide first aid when necessary.

• Input donor information into our donor information system and diligently investigate post-donation details.

• Evaluate, manage, and report any donor reactions.

• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and specialists to ensure comprehensive donor care.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date donor medical records.

• Offer guidance and education to donors regarding their medical requirements.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in nursing or similar medical fields.

• Exceptional ability to establish rapport with patients.

• Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent teamwork skills.

• Adeptness in thriving within fast-paced environments.

• Active, unencumbered nursing licensure for the state of MA, along with BLS certification.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $42.00 PER HOUR
