Cape Symphony Orchestra Marketing Coordinator in West Barnstable, Massachusetts
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of campaigns, promotions, & community outreach for Cape Symphony. This role assists with marketing materials, digital content updates, & media outreach while ensuring smooth coordination of events & ticketing data. Additionally, they support box office operations & track campaign performance to enhance audience engagement. Strong organization & attention to detail are key to success in this role. Responsibilities: Assist in the development & execution of marketing campaigns. Coordinate the production of promotional materials & advertisements. Maintain marketing calendars & ensure timely campaign execution. Track & report on marketing campaign performance & audience engagement. Assist in website updates & digital content management. Support event promotions & community outreach initiatives. Generates basic sales reports & provides ticketing data to support marketing & outreach efforts. Supports processing of ticket orders & accuracy of data entry. Supports on-site box office operations before & during performances. Distribute press releases & assist with media outreach, including submitting content for on-air mentions. Working Conditions/Physical Demands: The employee will be required to perform essential functions of the job during evenings & on Saturdays & Sundays, as the Cape Symphony?s performance schedule dictates.
