• Monitor project progress, identify potential barriers, and develop contingency plans as necessary.

• Coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines for projects.

• Create detailed project budgets, including forecasting costs, and monitor expenditures to ensure projects adhere to their financial plan.

• Prepare and present regular financial reports to project teams and senior management, including variances, forecasts, and cost-benefit analysis.

• Oversee cash flow projections and ensure timely payments to vendors and contractors while maintaining sufficient funds for project operations.

• Review and analyze contracts for financial implications, ensuring they align with company policies and budgetary constraints.

• Onsite in Waltham, MA (no remote).
