We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in the industry of real estate and housing development, based in Waltham, Massachusetts. This hybrid position requires a highly organized individual who can manage a small in-house team.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and oversee the company's accounting functions

• Utilize 3M and other Accounting Software Systems for financial operations

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently

• Conduct thorough auditing of financial records and transactions

• Use ADP - Financial Services and CRM for optimal financial management

• Generate detailed and accurate financial reports using Crystal Reports

• Implement and monitor budget processes to ensure financial stability

• Utilize Yardi Property Management and Yardi Software for property accounting and management

• Ensure proper financial control and compliance in all operations

• Address and resolve any financial inquiries and issues promptly.

Requirements • Proficiency in 3M is a must-have

• Working knowledge of various Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Experience with CRM is needed

• Skilled in using Crystal Reports

• Mastery of Accounting Functions is essential

• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required

• Auditing skills are a prerequisite

• Knowledge of Budget Processes is necessary

• Familiarity with Yardi is beneficial

• Experience with Yardi Property Management is a plus

• Proficiency in using Yardi Software is desired
