The Nagler Group Business Development Coordinator in Turners Falls, Massachusetts
TURNERS FALLS Business Development Coordinator If you have business development and/or relationship-building skills, this role could be your perfect chance to use your unique skill sets! In this Business Development Coordinator role, you will assist customers in selecting from the various programs, products & services that the company offers. In doing so, you will be responsible for: Coordinating with the tradeshow/conference unit & marketing teams to create, coordinate and manage leads that come from campaigns. Monitoring and managing lead activity on the websites as required. Using Salesforce (or other CRM) to run regularly scheduled and on-demand reports. Utilize forms and reports to gather information about prospects, leads or new customers. Coordinate and collaborate with various internal departments to present ideas. Requirements: Two-year degree or equivalent experience working directly with customers or sales experience. Excellent verbal & written communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with high attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Ability to work well in a highly collaborative open-suite environment. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred experience with Salesforce and HubSpot SRM (or ability to become proficient with training). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to learn and become proficient in databases.
