State of Massachusetts Seasonal Recreation Therapist Aide in Tewksbury, Massachusetts

These are seasonal, summer positions at the Department of Public Health's Tewksbury Hospital in the Recreation Therapy Department. This is a seasonal position for an anticipated duration of 90 days and primary consideration is given to eligible high school and college/university students enrolled in or interested in a related field of study. * Tewksbury Hospital under the Department of Public Health (DPH), a 370 bed Joint Commission accredited hospital, is currently hiring Seasonal Recreation Therapy Aides. The hospital provides a broad treatment of care and comfort to adults with medical and/or mental illnesses. _Please Note:_ These are full-time,40-hour Seasonal positions. The schedule is 1st Shift, Monday through Friday with Saturday, Sunday and Holidays off. These positions assist Recreational Therapists in providing therapeutic treatments and recreational activities to the patient population. *_About Tewksbury Hospital:_ Tewksbury Hospital offers a broad range of services including a physician on site at all times, around-the-clock nursing care, rehabilitation services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, psychology services, social services, nutritional services, and an on-site dialysis clinic.
