Job Description

We are seekingskilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work withinour clients’ homes providing direct patient care. /Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will instruct patients and their families inproper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve ormaintain health. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will also collaborate with a physicianto develop and manage nursing care plans. As a Maxim Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will be responsible for following aphysician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director ofClinical Services. Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates andhealth educators for patients, families and communities.
