Our 86 bed facility is conveniently located just minutes from Fall River and Providence Rhode Island SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Shifts Available: Evening (3p-11p) & Overnight (11p-7a) Weekday and Weekend shifts available Hours: FT, PT, or per diem Job Requirements: MA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license 1 year of prior experience working as an LPN in a skilled LTC setting preferred Fully Vaccinated required COVID-19 Precaution(s): Remote interview process available Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided Temperature screenings Social distancing guidelines in place Physical setting: Long term care Nursing home Rehabilitation center
