Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk at our location in Stoughton, Massachusetts. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a critical role in our financial operations, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and handling approvals. Your role will extend to supporting month-end activities and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and review invoices for payment.

• Handle approvals and ensure payments to vendors are made accurately and on time.

• Reconcile vendor statements as part of your regular duties.

• Support month-end activities, including accruals and reconciliations.

• Utilize your knowledge of NetSuite or other large ERP systems in your day-to-day tasks.

• Apply your expertise in Microsoft Excel for efficient data management.

• Use your skills in QuickBooks for financial processing and reporting.

• Perform data entry tasks as part of your regular duties.

• Contribute to check runs and coding invoices as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Ability to perform Check Runs efficiently

• Expertise in Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Solid understanding of Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software

• Experience with NetSuite software platform
