Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Registered Nurse in the Hope Center program at Behavioral Health Network! Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Hope Center with the following: Providing nursing supports to individuals served and coordination/support to Program Directors. Acting as liaison to area and regional medical facilities. Providing health assessments to individuals admitted to the facility. Providing ongoing in-service training and consultation to other staff members. Serving as a resource to individuals and families. Participating in clinical assessments by preparing and submitting nursing assessments and progress notes in accordance with agency policies. Using the staff log and EMR to convey pertinent individual served information to staff. Monitoring the medication logs for accuracy. Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with 42 CFR. Who are we? Commitment to consumer empowerment, growth, human rights, and community integration (required). Bachelor\'s or Associate\'s Degree (preferred) or Diploma/Degree in Nursing (required). Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration (required). At least one year of nursing experience (preferred). Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred). Good organizational and interpersonal skills (required). Working knowledge of DPH regulations (required). Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required). Valid driver\'s license (required). Vehicle for use during all working hours should be registered and inspected in accordance with 540 CMR 4.00 (required).
