SIGN ON BONUS: $20,000!! for FT Nights and $17,000 FT Days!

· All Sign On Bonuses paid within your first year, no commitment after one year is required. Half will be paid at 30 days and the other half at 12 months.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

• Daly 6B Medical Intercare Unit is a dedicated, growing team, with an engaged Manager, committed to the professional growth and development of her team, and dedicated to patient experience.

• Daly6B is a 42 bed unit, roughly half dedicated to step down ICU and the other are dedicated medical surgical beds. Great opportunity to get exposure in critical care as well as med surge.

• This unit offers participation in nurse driven change projects, great nursing ratios, and optimal support staff.

SCHEDULE:

• Full-time and Part Time – 12-hour shifts

• Baystate Medical Center, Springfield MA

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

• Experience: Minimum 1-year RN experience

• Education: ADN required BSN preferred
