At M ercy Medical Center the Registered Nurse Administrative House Supervisor provides overall on-site nursing and administrative support for the hospital. Responding to emergencies, addressing patient and family concerns, staffing, and supporting the nursing staff. What you will do:

In the Administrative House Supervisor role, you support the overall hospital clinically and administratively. Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in the delivery of patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred.

  • Licensure : Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.

  • Certification : BLS (AHA/ARC). ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire. FCCS and CPI/NCI within one year of hire date.

  • Experience : Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings including critical care required. Previous experience in nursing supervision preferred.

Work Schedule : Full Time - 36 Nights - Every Other Weekend/Holiday
