VCA Boston Road Animal Hospital is an AAHA-accredited, 24-hour Emergency, Specialty, and Wellness practice in Springfield, Massachusetts.
We are seeking an entry-level Overnight Veterinary Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will looking for an opportunity to support a hospital that maintains a high standard of veterinary medicine and patient care with a huge potential for growth.
In this position you will be assisting our Doctors and Technician team overnight by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Duties will include:
• Ensure the cleanliness of the hospital is to the highest standard
• Communicating by phone with clients and the general public
• Stocking supplies throughout the hospital
• Assisting overnight technician in caring for hospitalized patients
