Description:

Mercy Medical Center a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an Occupational / Physical Therapy Clerical Aide to join our mission-driven Outpatient Rehab Team.

The OT/PT clerical Aide supports the non-clinical and clerical activities for the Rehab team. Including preparing and assisting for routine rehab visits, activities and general clerical support.

What will you do:

• assisting in client appointments and maintains treatment areas, identifies potential safety/mechanical concerns.

• Assists in checking in clients, answering phones, and managing charts.

• Communicates with ancillary departments, clients, and family members to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Supports Rehab team in general clerical and support duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, with general knowledge of sciences, medical terminology

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
