Baystate Health Nurse Residency, Registered Nurse (RN) in Springfield, Massachusetts

Our accredited Nurse Residency Program will bring opportunities for growth and development during your first ten months of clinical nursing. This program provides continued education for any nurse with less than one year of experience.

Our residency program offers:

SCHEDULE:

  • Three 12-hour shifts (Full-Time). Days and Nights available

  • Every other weekend and rotating holidays

  • Baystate Health also offers residency programs for community hospitals (Locations: Westfield, Greenfield and Palmer), home health and primary care. Details may differ. Please speak with a recruiter to find out if a community hospital or alternate setting is right for you!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

  • Education: ADN required

Our compensation philosophy: We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. S ign on bonuses are subject to change and are at the discretion of Baystate Health.
