In this role, you can expect to be given challenging assignments throughout the company and take on some of the most complex problems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of optimizing processes to enhance productivity and profitability. As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Able to work flexible rotating Day/Night schedule Valid driver\'s license Preferred Qualifications Preferred Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Preferred Experience: 5 - 7 Years Food distribution and Direct Store Delivery experience preferred. SAP or similar warehouse management systems experience is preferred. Previous experience in a leadership role
