VCA South Shore Animal Hospital is a well-established, AAHA-accredited, 24-hour emergency and specialty practice in South Weymouth, Massachusetts.
We are seeking an experienced Boarding Attendant to join our team.
The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our loyal clientele and the highest quality care to their boarded and hospitalized pets.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing excellent client service while assisting clients with boarding reservations
administrative duties relative to the boarding reservations including record keeping and paperwork.
Answering phone calls regarding boarding reservations and boarding pets in our care.
Emailing and texting clients
Feeding and caring for dogs and cats.
Cleaning and maintaining hospital premises.
Assisting Doctors and Technicians when necessary.
