VCA Animal Hospitals Liaison Supervisor / Veterinary Client Service in South Weymouth, Massachusetts

We collaborate with our clients to ensure they feel valued, affirmed, and connected to their pets’ medical care. Our team of highly trained client care representatives and liaisons communicate with our clients 24 hours a day via phone, email and text. With every opportunity, we aim to exceed each pet owner’s expectations.

As the face of VCA, the Client Liaison Supervisor sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The Client Liaison is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:

• Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.

• Scheduling and confirming appointments

• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.

• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.

• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.

• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).

Holiday hours that you work are double time and there is always a special meal planned. You will also be paid for holidays that fall on a scheduled workday, even if you are home celebrating! Pay commensurate with experience in the range of $19-$25.

Our location in Weymouth, Massachusetts is ideal for those that enjoy the beaches in the summer and mountains in the winter. We are just minutes from Boston and Cape Cod for plenty of recreational activities. We are seeking entry level candidates as well as experienced full time and part time client service representatives and liaisons for day, swing and overnights.
