Clinical Director RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position to join our team in South Hadley. A \$2500 sign-on bonus is available! RFK Community Alliance is a comprehensive human service organization that provides programming and services to a wide range of populations. RFK Community Alliance works with multiple state agencies, including DESE, DCF, DMH, DYS, DDS, and EOEA. Our mission is to promote meaningfully and sustained well-being for children, youth, and adults facing educational, developmental, mental health, and social justice challenges. And we do so by providing educational services, congregate care supports, child care, community-based counseling and mentoring, diversion services, adoption services, and other services and supports. Position Summary: The Clinical Director functions as an active member of the program administrator and treatment teams. They provide clinical and administrative leadership for developing, maintaining, and integrating treatment philosophy, policies, and practices in all components of secure residential care. They provide individual, family, group, and milieu treatment. The Clinical Director functions as an active member of the program administrator and treatment teams. Responsibilities: Provide clinical and administrative supervision to all program clinicians Facilitate treatment planning; goal development for all residents; oversee implementation of goals and objectives. Responsible for intake/referral process and aftercare planning - i.e., screen material; pre-placement interview of residents Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with referral sources Ensure compliance with group therapy requirements and assist with facilitation as necessary Develop, implement, and oversee all clinical policies and procedures Complete necessary documentation, ensure completion of and approve program clinician documentation Provide programmatic and clinical on-call support on-call support Requirements: Master\'s degree in Clinical Social Work or Psychology; LICSW/LMHC with 4+ years of clinical and supervisor/administrative experience Knowledge of DBT preferred Residential experience with children and adolescents required Knowledge of DCF/DYS/DMH systems Experience in program development and training Valid driver\'s license Available Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 11 am-7 pm; Friday, 9 am-5 pm
