The Somerville Outpatient Center has approximately 45 employees and serves close to 1000 children, adolescents and adults. We provide individual, couples, family and group therapy within a highly collegial and multidisciplinary environment.

Our program is growing with the addition of telehealth services, co-occurring disorder treatment and rapid access to services. We are seeking a full-time, independently licensed clinical supervisor to join our leadership team to support this growth. In addition to seeing clients, our clinical supervisors provide supervision to other clinicians and assist with the handling of urgent situations as they arise. The supervisors are also part of our leadership team ensuring the quality of work (clinical and documentation), the meeting of productivity targets, and the successful execution of new initiatives. Based on the Center needs, clinical supervisors may have up to 25% of their time dedicated to supervisory and administrative responsibilities with the remaining time for client treatment. Clinical supervisors are eligible to receive additional compensation under a productivity bonus plan for client hours billed.
