Eliot Community Human Services Lead Clinician PACT in Saugus, Massachusetts

$3,000 Sign-on Bonus
Eliot is seeking a dedicated, energetic & licensed clinician to join our PACT team to provide leadership and clinical supervision. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in community-based work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Must have demonstrated knowledge of consumer empowerment, consumer recovery and dual diagnosis.
Eliot’s Adult Mental Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that promote consumer rights, responsibilities, rehabilitation, and recovery. We provide rehabilitative services that enable people to increase functioning in the living, working, and social environments of their choice.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision to other team members.
Provide case management services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Assist in the development of clinical interventions, risk assessment and management, develop IAP's
Provide direct clinical interventions to individuals served.
Function as part of the Leadership team
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, Rotating 12-8, on call and weekends.
