Director of Clinical Services
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health currently seeks a Director of Clinical Services based in our Rutland, MA campus. This high level position will oversee all clinical services Devereux provides in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and will provide direct supervision to 5 supervisors.The Director of Clinical Services is part of the Center’s leadership, is actively involved with Devereux’s national team, and will be directly involved with our robust internship and training program. Use your leadership skills in a service-driven environment!
This essential role is ideal for someone with superior clinical and supervisory skills who also possesses a positive attitude and a drive to do the right thing. The selected candidate will provide guidance for clinicians and other interdisciplinary milieu members who support children, adolescents, and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, neuro-developmental disorders (including ASD), and co-occurring mental and behavioral health issues.
Qualifications
Master’s level with certification in their field of study required (e.g., LICSW,LMFT, LABA, LMHC)
Minimum of 5 years of hospital/congregate care (eg: residential, group home) experience providing supervision and/or coordinating clinical services.
Licensed clinical psychologist/PsyD preferred.

Experience with Electronic Health Records
