Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Day School provides programs and services for children & adolescents with a variety of mental health and intellectual diagnoses. Located in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff within the Day School and direct the delivery of integrated clinical services in accordance with established standards and practice guidelines.

Masters Degree in Social Work or Psychology with a concentration/interest in the Child/Adolescent population.
Professional licensure in the state of Massachusetts (LMHC, LiCSW) or if new state resident must be license eligible and complete licensing requirements within (90) days of first becoming eligible. BCBA acceptable as well.
A minimum of two years of human services experience providing clinical services, supervising services and/or coordinating clinical services.
