Being a Assistant Program Manager at Devereux has its Advantages .**

You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will supervise staff, run shifts, assist the Program Manager with development of programming for the unit and attending Treatment Reviews as part of the milieu team. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Job Requirements:

  • Two years’ experience working directly with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to be flexible, patient, energetic, and creative.

  • Have a strong passion for working with and helping adolescents/adults with special needs.

  • Must be 21 years of age.

  • Valid driver's license.
