Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Activity Coordinator - $1000 Sign On Bonus in Rutland, Massachusetts

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts provides programs and services for children, adolescents and adults on the autism spectrum as well as those with mental and behavioral health challenges.

Based in Rutland, Massachusetts with locations in Rutland, Fitchburg, Webster, Paxton, Leominster, Templeton and Sterling, we are in search of a self motivated and proven professional for the role of the Activity Coordinator on our Rutand, MA residential campus.

In this very fast-paced position the main focus will be on planning, scheduling and organizing the activities of on and off campus therapeutic activities. The right candidate for this position will demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic activities directly related to the role such as sports, arts, etc.; organize activities and schedule games on and off campus.

The Activity Coordintor will also:

  • Hold the responsibility of the NYPUM Program Director requiring knowledge of all NYPUM operations such as riding bikes, maintenance and classroom activities.

  • Manage the Devereux Challenge Course (DCC) which requires, or actively working toward Challenge Course Manager Certification and Level 2 Challenge Course Practitioner

Certification in accordance with State Dept. of Public Safety(DPS) Licensing, Association for Challenge Course Technology(ACCT) regulations, and Devereux Local Operating
