Our client, in the Real Estate industry, is in search of a Property Administrator to be a part of their Real Estate & Property team based in the Roslindale, Massachusetts area. The role involves the utilization of various software systems to manage property-related functions, including customer inquiries, credit applications, and customer records. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for managing property-related financial tasks

• Employ ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial processing and management

• Use CRM for managing customer interactions and inquiries

• Operate JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for comprehensive business process management

• Oversee the Management System for efficient property administration

• Handle Accounting Functions to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations

• Oversee Billing Functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing

• Participate in Budget Processes to assist in financial planning and forecasting

  Requirements

• Proficiency in using accounting software systems is necessary for the role

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Experience with CRM is a significant asset for the position

• Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is desirable

• Ability to utilize management systems effectively is essential

• Understanding of accounting functions is needed

• Experience with accounts payable (AP) procedures is a must

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial

• Familiarity with billing functions is required

• Experience with budget processes is highly desirable
