Provide in home and community based ABA Services for youth and their families in Metro West Boston, Central and Northeast areas of Massachusetts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BA in a Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or approved human service related field and one (1) year of relevant direct experience working with families and youth with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism
Or, an Associate's degree and a minimum of two (2) years relevant direct experience with families and youth with serious emotional and behavioral challenges and autism
Or at least three (3) years experience utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis in a therapeutic setting
Highly organized
Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and interpersonal skills; team player
Valid MA driver's license, safe driving record and reliable transportation required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement, model and monitor progress of behavior support plan and skill acquisition plans based on data analysis under the supervision of BCBA/LABA
Collaborate with collateral team members
Assist BCBA/LABA in training caregivers and team members on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
Provide direct instruction to person served on the Autism Spectrum
Carry out special projects as needed by supervisor
Comply with Mass Health, insurance, and The Edinburg Center policies and procedures
