Robert Half Project Manager (IT) - Associate in Quincy, Massachusetts
Description We are in search of an Associate Project Manager in the IT sector to join our team based in Quincy, Massachusetts. The role primarily involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, processing applications, and monitoring customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively use Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for managing and tracking project updates.
• Facilitate meetings, including the preparation and distribution of minutes.
• Leverage your understanding of IT and cloud-based projects to manage and resolve customer inquiries.
• Demonstrate analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in managing customer applications and accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and take appropriate actions based on account monitoring.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Clarity PPM to manage and analyze data related to customer accounts.
• Employ excellent oral and written communication skills in interacting with customers and team members.
• Leverage your knowledge of the financial services industry and regulated environments to provide effective customer service.
• Collaborate with geographically disbursed teams and build relationships across functional teams.
• Use your knowledge of SDLC principles to manage and resolve customer inquiries.
• Support tech Mod strategy by effectively managing customer applications and accounts. Requirements
• Jira & Confluence experience required
• Cloud deployment experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required.
• Prior experience in dealing with Suppliers is advantageous.
• Experience in the Financial Services sector is a plus.
• A degree in Computer Sciences is preferred.
• Understanding of basic Principles of project management is essential.
• Experience with JIRA software is beneficial.
• Skills in Competitor Analysis are desirable.
• Proficiency in using Zoom for virtual meetings and presentations.
• Experience in Program Management is required.
• Excellent Written Communication skills are necessary.
• Experience in leading Transformation projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge in SharePoint Administration is a plus.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential.
• Experience in Facilitation of team meetings and discussions is desirable.
