Job Description:
Main Function : Position will work in Outpatient and/or Inpatient setting as part of an interdisciplinary team performing evaluations, developing a plan of care, and providing treatment for patients requiring Speech and Language Pathology services with a wide variety of diagnoses for the adult population. Provide patient, family and caregiver education. Complete all documentation to ensure accurate and timely information. Candidate should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and flexibility. Additional qualities include: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
Required Experience : MS from an accredited Speech and Language Pathology program. Current MA license and BLS certification required. Certificate of Clinical Competence required. Experience with cancer diagnoses preferred.
