Job Description:

MAIN FUNCTION: Prepares patients' nutritional care plans. Performs patient assessments, documents and monitors nutritional care plans through patient meal rounds, visitations. Instructs patient/significant others of therapeutic diets prior to discharge. Identifies criteria for malnutrition coding. Participates in patient care rounds, provides care for all patients including those receiving enteral/parenteral nutrition.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Registered dietitian; B.S. Dietetics is required; Must have Massachusetts license (Dietician/Nutritionist).
