Berkshire Health Systems Speech Pathologist in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
The speech/language pathologist is responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient’s comprehensive plan of care.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
Experience:
A minimum of two years preferred.
Education and Training:
A graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral program in speech/language pathology.
Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
License, Certification & Registration:
MASPEECH - MA Speech and Language Pathologist License.
Driver - Drivers License
Other Requirements:
Rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to, language/communication aids, devices and wheelchairs.
