Arbor Associates Social Worker - Licensed (LCSW) in Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Arbor Associates is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical supervision and crisis intervention services in a substance abuse group home setting for youth and adults. Key Responsibilities - Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of clinicians, family partners, peer specialists, and bachelor-level staff. - Oversee triage and crisis response, collaborating with the Emergency Services Administrator on Call. - Supervise and coordinate mobile crisis intervention services across Berkshire County. - Conduct crisis interventions, consultations, and level-of-care evaluations for individuals and providers. - Work closely with community resources, emergency services, and treatment providers to ensure the highest quality of care. - Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and documentation standards.
