Berkshire Heart and Mind Therapy Mental Health Clinician - 10-24 hours in Pittsfield, Massachusetts

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our esteemed group practice. This clinician will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services on a fee-for-service basis, working with a diverse client demographic that includes children, adults, and elders. The role involves a variety of therapeutic formats such as individual, group, family, and couples therapy, delivered both in-person and via telehealth platforms in compliance with Massachusetts telehealth guidelines. Responsibilities: - Provide a range of trauma informed and culturally supportive therapeutic services including individual, group, family, and couples therapy. - Build strong, confidential relationships with clients, ensuring privacy and confidentiality. - Serve a diverse clientele, addressing the needs of children, adults, and elders. - Conduct comprehensive assessments, accurately diagnose mental health disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans. - Maintain a minimum of 26 billable hours per work week. - Employ evidence-based treatment models to ensure the highest quality of care. - Accurately and promptly document all clinical work using EHR Documentation Systems. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals for holistic care. - Participate in staff meetings and supervision as required. - Comply with all state regulations and ethical guidelines. Qualifications: - Current Massachusetts licensure as a mental health clinician (e.g., LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC). - Candidates with an MSW scheduling their LCSW exam are also welcome to apply. - Candidates who are prelicensure MHC who are scheduling their LMHC/LMFT exam are also welcome to apply. - Candidates with MHC needing supervision and hours to meet prelicensure status. - Experience with evidence-based therapy models. - Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth systems. - Strong clinical documentation skills: familiarity with platforms like Simple Practice is a plus. - CANs certification experience is beneficial. - Being bilingual is preferred but not required. Additional Requirements: - I-9 documentation and a valid state ID. - Credentialing with specific insurances that Berkshire Heart and Mind Therapy is contracted with (assistance provided upon hiring). - A current and valid NPI number and taxonomy code number that will be obtained upon hiring if not already obtained by applicant.
