Job Description Oversees the operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with current Federal, State and facility standards, guidelines, and regulations. Responsible for the overall supervision and provision of optimal achievable quality of nursing care in our facility. Work with a creative & innovative team of caring and compassionate staff. Hillcrest Commons is located in Pittsfield Mass Qualifications ? Current RN License in the state of MA. ? Five years of Long-Term care supervisory experience preferred ? 1-2 years' experience as DNS preferred. ? Ability to communicate effectively in writing as well as verbally. ? Ability to successfully relate and respond to the needs of management, employees and residents. ?
