BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position ofClinical Care Managerfor ourFalmouth, MAhome care office. This office provides best in class care to geriatric clients of throughout the Barnstable county. Details:
Location : Falmouth, MA
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM
Travel Requirements: Ability to drive throughout Barnstable county is required. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
Pay: Base Salary, paid weekly.
Service: Long term care and short term visits servicing geriatric population. Medicaid, VA, State Programs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead, inspire and motivate offices field clinicians (HHA, CNA, LNA) to provide exceptional care.
Visit our clients and conduct initial assessments in Newton, MA and other surrounding areas.
Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
Supervise staff in the field and provide hands on education/ support.
Facilitate new hire orientation and training.
Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Desire to educate and inspire others.
Ability to travel throughout Greater Boston.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Home care experience preferred but not required.
Demonstrates compassion, excellence, and reliability.
