CVS Health Pharmacy Manager - Home Infusion in Norwood, Massachusetts

Job Description

As a Pharmacy Manager with Coram CVS/specialty infusion services you will lead a team in a growing segment of healthcare, home infusion services. Key responsibilities * Complete responsibility for management of the pharmacy department servicing patients receiving specialized and complex therapies administered in their homes. * Monitor all daily operation activities of the pharmacy department with a focus on quality and efficiency promoting safety and limiting risk in the pharmacy. * Partner with other branch managers and work closely with the nursing team. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work. Manage subordinate managers who supervise other employees in the business office and clinical departments. Participate in on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs.

Required Qualifications

1- 3+ years of clinical knowledge/experience (actually making clinical decisions to modify and drive patient experience) Leadership (1-3 years of leadership experience required, both formal and informal)Maintain current/active Pharmacy License in state of employment

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of:• Home Infusion (1-3 years’ experience Preferred)Skill in:• Previous site leadership experienceAbility To:• Compounding and cleanroom

Education

B.S. or doctorate of pharmacy degree is required.
