Insight Global Part Time Dental Office Manger in Norwood, Massachusetts
Job Description
Insight Global's client is looking to hire a part-time Dental Office Manager to assist with the opening of a startup cosmetic dental office at the end of the month for new patients. The goal is to have someone in the door a few weeks before to partner with the owner and assist with the management and opening process. This role will start part-time (3 days a week and every other Saturday) for the first 4-6 months and then convert to full-time. Main responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations of the dental office
Manage staff schedules and ensure efficient workflow
Handle patient scheduling and appointment confirmations
Book and verify insurance claims
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Coordinate with the call center for patient inquiries and follow-ups
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
Implement and manage office policies and procedures
Assist with financial management, including billing and collections
Provide exceptional customer service to patients

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an administrative office as a front desk manager
At least 6 months of dental office experience
Understanding of dental terminology and ability to handle tasks related to the dental industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage booking and verifying insurances
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills Plusses
Proficiency with Dentrix software and Weave dental administrative software
* Experience with 1-2 years with adjacent dental software is considered
High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial spirit that can thrive in a startup environment
Prior Startup environment experience null
